Lending Manager – DayMet Credit Union, Inc.
DayMet Credit Union is seeking a Lending Manager that exhibits well-rounded knowledge of the Credit Union or Banking industry, regulations, and operations. Lending Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: drive, direct, monitor and implement all credit union lending programs and collection activities. Responsible for preparing and monitoring lending policies/procedures relative to new compliance and assist in maintaining the safety and soundness of the credit union. Recommends department goals, personnel performance expectations, and appropriate staffing levels.
Ability to implement new and innovative initiatives to improve efficiency, continuity, quality, and service levels. Advises, recommends, directs, and manages changes or improvements on lending projects, processes and product development as it relates to operational considerations, training and implementation. Decision loan exceptions, assigns, directs, coordinates, and reviews work of staff, ensuring that each staff member is properly operating in accordance with Credit Union policy. Knowledge of and monitor the current economy, market conditions and competition to optimize the Credit Union’s lending strategy.
