When you "Call Della," our free time-and-money-management-service,
from any Touch-Tone Phone*, toll-free from anywhere, anytime, you can:
- Check Savings and Checking Balances
- Transfer Funds between your checking and savings account
- Request a Check Withdrawal to Be Mailed To You
- Verify Checks Cleared in Your Checking Account
- Verify Payroll or Direct Deposit Dates and Amounts
- Conduct Multiple Transactions in One Call
- And much more...
HERE IS HOW IT WORKS:
- Complete the "Call Della" application and obtain your personal
authorization code.
- Use a Touch-Tone Phone*, and have your DayMet Account Number and
Authorization Code Ready. Account Suffixes are needed and may be
found on your Account Statement.
- Dial the Local or Toll-Free Number: 237-5705, or 888-551-3352.
- Follow the directions. Transaction codes and full instructions
provided in writing when you submit your application.
Some menu items may not be available. If not, the system will
respond: "This transaction is not available at this time."
"Call Della" is unavailable for a brief time each day while accounts
are updated. Della will inform you when this occurs and ask that you
call back later.
To request a "Call Della" Application or need additional information,
